Lloyd Staffing is a strong believer in industry expertise through staffing industry certification available from the American Staffing Association. Certification as a Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) is earned by passing a national exam requiring knowledge of employment law, hiring practices, business ethics and overall operations.

The management team at Lloyd takes an active role in the staffing industry. Our owner is a Past President of the New York State Association of Personnel Consultants and a former member of the National Board of Directors. One of our Vice Presidents was named "CTS of the Year" by the National Association of Personnel Services. Other key executives participate as Board Members on staffing related organizations, serve as frequent guest speakers at human resources functions, and are published authors in the career/employment genre. Our customized computer staffing system, Lloydsmart, totally monitors all temporary operations from applications to timesheets to payroll and client activity. It also includes a component for our Full-Time/"Permanent" staffing operations for easy resume scanning and retrieval. We have fine-tuned and perfected all the key areas of our business for easy management by this unique computer software program.
